The DVD contains seven segments with the first two segments focusing on the stories of two health workers and how they approach depression in their professional capacity when working with Indigenous men and women. The third segment tells the story of an Australian rugby league player and his personal battle with depression. Segments four and five are drama skits that depict the stories of an Indigenous man and an Indigenous woman, and their personal struggles with depression. Segment six provides a debriefing of the two drama skits and the final segment provides information on recognising the signs and symptoms of depression and anxiety.
